This is the first time we have needed to use external contractors for a multi layered repair. We were apprehensive that it wouldn’t all come together but. The whole team were highly professional, friendly and considerate. They responded to queries promptly and with care. All workmen were respectful and willing to go the extra mile. We highly recommend Avoca.

Very happy with work completed by Stuart, was always on time & friendly, finished within the time frame. The only downside was that it did take 6 months to get to the point in starting. Overall happy though.

When doing the work on my house, I was happy with the work men and the speed of the completion. I only have one snag, that I was supposed to of had one of the work men come to my house yesterday Monday 13th April 2026 to fix a lock on one of my bedroom doors. Apart from that I would highly recommend them working on any ones house.

I’ve used them for reinstatement cost assessments and found them understanding of my needs, competitively priced and quick to produce the assessments as promised.

Avoca have completed work in my flat and I have been really pleased with everything.
Charlie Mahoney has been superb. In what was a stressful time for me she has been supportive, empathetic and professional. I cannot praise her enough.
The communication has been great from everyone I have had contact with and I would highly recommend them. The care the workers took also was the best and over and above in their workmanship and care. Excellent.

Very happy with work done by Artur on behalf of Avoca Construction to properly repair multiple recurring cracks kitchen wall (following 2 inadequate repairs by previous construction firm).
Artur dug deeper to get to root of problem & worked tirelessly for 4 days to fix what he initially thought would be a one day superficial repair.
Excellent smooth finish to wall now, and place left clean & tidy.
A hard worker, Artur clearly takes pride in his work.He was polite & kept us informed throughout.
Would certainly recommend him.
